Catalyst Balkans, supported by USAID, Balkan Trust for Democracy, and European Endowment for Democracy, ran a survey with its partners about the digital and tech needs of nonprofit organizations in six Western Balkans countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia.
